Engaging Your Select Employee Group Community
Columbus credit union utilizes existing members and the web to build
strong relationships
 Members
First Credit Union has more than 20 Select Employee Groups, but many were
not actively engaged with the credit union. Profound developed a SEG ambassador
program and web portal to help the credit union build strong SEG relationships
by utilizing current SEG employees as ambassadors. The ambassadors receive
incentives for bringing new relationships to the credit union. The web
portal allows them to track their referrals and incentive points, and
keeps them up to date on the latest credit union products and services.
